Can I choose only part of the service?
Yes. Start with the product, packaging, documentation or launch support you need. We confirm the manufacturing and partner-service scope for your project; you do not need to request every service.
Do you print or apply labels directly to vials?
No. Vial customization covers the agreed cap options. We can coordinate label artwork and supply separate labels or stickers. Direct printing or label application on vials is not included. Pen-branding options are assessed separately.
What are the minimum quantities and lead times?
They depend on the product, format, cap colour, tooling, packaging and selected services. Include your target quantity in the brief so minimums, feasibility and timing can be confirmed for the specific configuration.
Can testing reports carry my company name?
Customer-named laboratory reports and QR or verification-code arrangements can be requested alongside independent testing coordination. The laboratory, analytical panel, report scope and any additional charges are agreed for the project.
Who delivers the launch services?
Warehousing, store development and payment services are coordinated with partners under their agreed scope. Payment acceptance requires provider approval. US fulfillment can be scoped; UK and EU arrangements require confirmation. Company formation and returns handling are not included in this offer.
